Glow Up Your Future - Professional Skills Development Event

Event Description:

Our program is a fully interactive, glow-up themed experience designed to help first-year students start finding their “why” and recognize the skills they already have (even if they don’t realize it yet). Rather than a traditional workshop or sit-down program, this event uses glow-inspired activities that encourage creativity, movement, and self-reflection. Residents are able to move freely through different “Glow Zones,” each centered around a transferable professional skill. Ultimately, this program serves as a reminder that students are capable, confident, and equipped for success — sometimes all they need is a little glow up.
